Welcome to Cardinal Village, a senior residential community, offering carefree, independent living in a secure, comfortable environment.

Cardinal Village apartments are available in several sizes to fit your individual needs and feature spacious, practical floor plans that will easily accommodate your furnishings. A popular feature of all of our apartments is a private, screened-in patio. Each ‘neighborhood’ has a laundry room complete with several washers and dryers. You may also enjoy the convenience of religious services regularly held in The Village’s Chapel and an on-site beauty/barber salon. The Village is also home to the Cardinal Wellness Center, offering its residents convenient medical care in-house with the affiliations of several board-certified physicians and specialists available by appointment.

If you should choose to become a resident of Cardinal Village, your financial commitment is minimal in that our residency contracts are on a month-to-month basis. (A 30-day termination notice is required.) There is no buy-in fee. All new residents are charged a one-time community fee. Electric, cable television, and telephone services are additional.
