Prior to coming to Cardinal Village, she was a consultant at a CPA firm specializing in the Senior Housing Industry for 18 years. Karen takes great pride in helping families find the right fit for their loved ones.

Keirston Jefferson
Assisted Living Executive Director
Keirston Jefferson our Assisted Living Executive Director (formerly our the Director of Activities for the Cardinal Village campus). Keirston is a certified assisted living administrator who has worked in long-term health care for over 20 years. She has worked at Cardinal Village for over 18 years. Known for her outgoing personality and playful attitude, she brightens everyone’s day every day! Keirston loves her residents so much that she had her wedding here last year so all the residents could attend.

Margret Westfall, BSN, RN
Resident Care Director
Marge brings over 15 years of experience providing exceptional care to adult patients in both acute and long-term care settings. With a strong clinical foundation and more than 5 years of leadership experience managing resident services, she is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance. Marge’s expertise shines in her ability to develop personalized care plans and foster clear, compassionate communication among team members — all with the goal of enhancing resident well-being. She is deeply committed to creating a nurturing environment where dignity, respect, and quality of life are at the heart of every decision. Currently in the final semester of earning her master’s in leadership from Grand Canyon University, Marge continues to grow as a healthcare leader who leads with empathy and purpose. Outside of work, she finds her greatest joy in spending time with her three children and traveling to new places.
Kristin Seibert
Marketing Director
With over five years of experience in senior living, Kristin is dedicated to enhancing the lives of older adults through compassionate care and support. Prior to joining the senior living industry, she worked with individuals who have traumatic brain injuries, developing and implementing personalized behavior plans to foster growth and independence. Kristin is deeply passionate about helping others and making a meaningful impact. Helping individuals and families find their new home at Cardinal Village brings her great joy, as she takes pride in guiding them through a supportive and caring transition. Her commitment to improving quality of life, combined with a genuine enthusiasm for people, ensures that each interaction is both thoughtful and empowering.
Maria Canosa
Marketing Manager
Maria has been with Cardinal Village for over 17 years. She works with families interested in moving themselves or loved ones into the community. She is very passionate about helping them transition into their new life and home. Her ability to make connections and establish relationships with residents and their families continues to be outstanding. She has great energy and enthusiasm about what she does and continues to extend new outreach efforts and establish valuable relationships in the community.
Chris Fasano
Maintenance Director
Chris has been with Cardinal Village for over 20 years. He has a background in construction and automotive repair. Chris has an associate’s degree in pre-nursing through Camden County College. He is also ASE certified in three areas in the automotive field, possess a CDL class-A driver’s license, certified in phlebotomy, EKG and telemetry. Chris always wants to learn more and wants to make each room look like the way a resident would want and as if he were to live at Cardinal Village.
David Dickerson
Food Service Director
With over 30 years of experience in the food industry and over 12 years at Cardinal Village, David Dickerson brings exceptional leadership and a deep commitment to hospitality to his role as Food Service Director at Cardinal Village. His passion lies in creating a welcoming environment for both his team and the residents they serve, ensuring that every meal is prepared and presented with care. He takes pride in setting high standards for quality and resident satisfaction and embraces the daily challenge of exceeding expectations—whether serving residents, supporting staff, or welcoming visitors.
Tamika Solari
Director of Housekeeping
Tamika Brown has over 25 years of experience at Cardinal Village. Her No. 1 goal is to help maintain a homelike atmosphere and continue to provide excellent service to our residents. Tamika takes pride in maintaining a great first impression for our residents and guest. She is responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of our community. Her years of experience as Environmental Service director, housekeeper, Community Safety director and certified home health aide have helped her achieve the knowledge she has to serve this community better. She is grateful to be a part of such a loving community!
Kathy Graham
Resident Life Director
Our Resident Life Director, Kathy Graham, joined Cardinal Village in 2024, bringing with her 35+ years of professional experience evaluating, planning and implementing activities for nursing and assisted living communities. Through the planning and implementation of activities such as games, live entertainment, exercise classes, tech classes, clubs, partnerships with churches and schools in the area, daily outings or individual one-on-one room visits, each day Kathy and her team strive to meet all Cardinal Village residents’ needs at each individual’s level by conforming to their expectations with creative, social and fun activities.
Noreen Lawton
Director of Business Services
Noreen has been the Business Services director at Cardinal Village for over 15 years. Prior to working at Cardinal Village, Noreen spent 28 years working in the legal field as a business manager. Noreen’s educational background is in business administration, accounting, paralegal studies, information technology, and medical billing and coding. Noreen is thankful for the opportunity to be a part of such a loving and caring team at Cardinal Village. Noreen is married and a devoted mother and grandmother.
